Neuropsychological breaks: brighten up lessons and "repairing" your pre-teen students

Подробнее о выступлении:
A decline in the attention span, weak motor skills, inability to concentrate, hyperactivity - these are challenges modern teachers face.
Fortunately, they can be corrected with the help of neuropsychological exercises.
With the help of some simple activities we can 'repair' our students, by improving their attention and coordination, reducing stress level, boosting their mood, enhancing cognitive functions, and making our lessons more fun and joy.
The target audience of my masterclass is teachers, who work with primary school students and pre-teens and teachers, who don't know how to make physical activity breaks effective and varied.
